1 Proposal Details

Proposal # * Date Valid Until Prepared By Project / Title

Proposal numbers are entered manually — nothing is auto-generated, so it matches your existing numbering.

The opening message is fixed and prints on every proposal. To change the wording for all future proposals, edit INTRO_MESSAGE near the top of index.html.

2 Client Information

Company / Business Name Contact Name Title Email Phone Address Install / Job Site Address (if different)

Deposits are set per product

Additional Notes (optional)

Prints in a box directly under the total. The box only appears when there is something in it. Bullet lines starting with - become a list, same as a product description.

Online Payment Link

Adds a Pay Securely Online button beside the total and on the acceptance page. It is a real clickable link in the exported PDF. Set a default for every proposal in payUrl at the top of index.html.

5 Design Mockups None

Mockups print on their own page before the Terms, with a design-approval signature, name and date block underneath so the client signs off on the artwork. Add none and the page is skipped entirely.

JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF or PDF. Every page of a PDF proof is added as its own mockup. Files are resized to 1400px and stored with the proposal.

6 Terms & Conditions

The SIGN FREAKS standard Terms and Conditions print automatically on their own page at the end of every proposal, followed by the acceptance signatures.

They are fixed and not editable here — this is legal text, so no one can alter a clause on a quote a client then signs. To revise them for all future proposals, edit the TERMS array in index.html.

7 Digitalogicx Not configured

One-time setup — not per proposal. Fill this in once and it is remembered on this computer. Nothing in this section ever appears on the proposal or the PDF; it only powers the Pull button in section 2, which fills in client details from a Digitalogicx contact so you don't retype them. The portal works perfectly well without it.

Location ID Private Integration Token Proxy URL (safer — keeps the token server-side)

Heads up: a token saved here is stored in this browser and is readable in page source. For anything beyond internal staff use, set a Proxy URL instead and keep the token on your server. See README.md.

Auto-saved to this browser as you type. Export PDF saves the proposal straight to your Downloads folder.
